D.I.Y. Hair Mask for Healthy, Shiny & Frizz free hair..

Hello guys… Welcome back!!

Some of the members of my Instagram family asked me DIY remedies for hair. It’s winters and most of us are facing dry hair, dandruff & hair fall already. I know it’s been a while since you guys have asked me for DIY remedies for hair but yes, it’s definitely because i try remedies myself before suggesting them to you. So today I am sharing an amazing recipe for your hair that will without any doubt cut off the frizz, add shine to hair and if used regularly can help in getting rid of dandruff and boost hair growth. So without any further ado let’s get started 🙂

Ingredients: All you need is Green tea, Honey, Yogurt and any carrier oil (I have used coconut oil)

How is it useful for hair?

Green tea is rich in polyphenols. Polyphenols promotes hair growth, strengthens the roots and reduces hair fall. It is Anti-inflammatory in nature which helps in getting rid of dry scalp, has anti-oxidants that is great for cleansing of scalp and reducing dandruff.

Yogurt repairs damaged hair, handles frizz, reduces dandruff as it has anti-fungal properties and adds shine leaving hair smooth and silky.

Honey has great moisturizing properties that help in conditioning of hair and adds shine to dull hair.

Coconut oil helps in reducing breakage of hair, prevents hair fall and nourishes scalp.

How to make the mixture?

  • Take 2-3 teaspoons of Green tea grind it in a grinder.

  • Mix it well and the hair pack is ready to use.

DIY hair pack

How to use?

Apply the hair pack from roots to tips with fingers also massage well onto scalp. Let the moisture and the benefits of all the magical ingredients seep into the scalp for amazing results. Don’t forget to apply the hair pack to the ends of the hair that will help in reducing split ends. Once you are done applying the hair pack cover it with a shower cap and let the warmth help treat your hair and scalp from within. Keep it for 1 to 1.5 hours and wash it off with luke warm water. You can also use a mild hair cleanser to wash off the hair pack well. I did not use any conditioner onto my hair as I wanted to see how my hair feels on using this remedy.

My experience:

On using this hair pack my hair felt so smooth and silky. My hair was frizz free and had a shine to my hair. I never focused much on DIY remedies for hair but I have now decided to take some time for myself and use variety of remedies and share the best of them with you.

So guys surely give this remedy a try and let me know how it works for you!!
